This is a Deli in a 1^st class office building near the Galleria in Houston.  The building consists of 25 floors including the Basement.  The occupancy is 98% full.  The present owner has been there for over 22 years.  She is tired and burnt out.  The hours of operation are short, open only 5 days per week from 7 am to 3:30 pm, closed weekends and holidays.  Very little if any catering or delivery.  The owner used to do catering but she is now tired and wants to sell.  There is a hood for frying as well as much other equipment, they offer hot plates, sandwiches and salads as well as ice cream and desserts.  Great margin with low overhead and short hours.  Call for more info. 2 miles non-compete is offered.  Utilities included in rent.
