In 2017 sales were over $1,650,000. Annualized sales for 2018 are nearly $2,000,000. In 2016 they purposefully reduced their maintenance business and concentrated more on construction. However, they did keep their largest commercial customers now totaling 6 accounts. At one time they did between 50 and 60 maintenance accounts. A new owner could increase this division if so desired. Most sales are in the Richmond and Rosenberg areas, but some are in Houston. The advertising efforts are mainly social media and word of mouth with some localized magazine advertising. |
